I just finished a great book...
"Built to Serve"
how to drive the bottom line with people-first practices
It is by Dan J. Sanders and was an easy quick read (perfect for me).
It is great as it talks about putting people first and service the corner stone instead of spread sheets and bottom lines.
It was all about having a higher purpose other than profits.
